Why produce a newsletter?

A newsletter should be an integral part of your communications plan. It’s another vehicle for getting your message out there to the people you’re targeting. Newsletters provide:

  • An additional means of raising your company profile.
  • A way of establishing an ongoing relationship with your customers, suppliers and industry colleagues. Regular touch points are important.
  • An opportunity to reflect the personality of your brand to your market.
  • A vehicle to showcase your products and services as well as the skills of your staff
  • An opportunity to show the human face of your organisation through photos and direct quotes.
  • A chance to focus on the positive outcomes of your services or the benefits of your products.
  • A useful source of information for your customers and suppliers to keep them regularly updated about your direction, future plans, any changes or additions product ranges, services, or a shift in focus or location.
